Gucci’s Wedding

Initially, when I contacted Dionne Smith, I was pleased with how quickly she responded to my email. She was pleasant in her reply, and answered all questions that I had asked.

When I called her on the phone, she was even warmer to talk to. I knew she was great at what she does from looking at her pictures, but after our email exchanges and phone conversations, I knew I would definitely book her services because of how pleasant she was, and how easy she was to talk to.

In the weeks before our wedding day, she contacted me to discuss the hair style I would like, and the type of hair I would like to use. Dionne was great with helping me decide what hair, and length to go for.

I loved the flexibility she offered me, with regards to either having her install my hair, or have my hair installed somewhere else. Like most brides, I worried about  whether my hair ( and makeup) would be perfect.

The moment Dionne arrived, I felt like I was in good hands. She professionally styled my hair to perfection! She styled my hair exactly how I wanted it and even better!

The best part of my encounter with Dionne was her honesty; I had mistakenly over payed her and she gave me back the excess payment. The complements I got on my hair were endless.

Everybody loved it! All in all, it was such an amazing experience working with Dionne Smith, from the very first email I sent to her, till she was done with styling my hair.
